With paintless dent repairs, we evaluate the depths of impressions then make informed decisions as to whether our SMART repair kits, which consist of rods and pulling systems, will be sufficient to resolve the issue. If a dent is too big to repair using SMART and PDR technology, we can still do the job at our Burgess Hill workshop but, understandably, traditional repairs cost more. You would almost certainly have to involve your insurer and risk your no-claims bonus.
If we believe that we can complete dent repairs without having to fill, sand and refinish, or if we can localise paintwork to one part of the panel, the cost comes down and you can pay for the repair work instead of your insurer.
